Bowen Therapy clinic located near Daventry, Northamptonshire
UPDATE 1st September 2020 - I am currently taking a sabbatical and I am not taking on new Bowen clients
My clinic is based within Bragborough Hall Health & Wellbeing Centre, a beautiful countryside location with plenty of free parking. We are based near to Daventry, Braunston & Rugby and within easy access of the motorway.
The centre is Covid-19 compliant and is scrupulously clean and hygenic, being deep cleaned daily by a COSHH certified Housekeeper so you can be reassured that we do out utmost to prevent cross infection. We ask that you do not attend if you are unwell.
We leave a gap between clients to allow for cleaning of all surfaces.
Please be aware that we do not discriminate - if you are unable to wear a mask for health reasons then you are very welcome and will not be made to feel unwelcome, and you will not be asked to justify your reasons.
I use a therapy called Bowen Technique which can help with all manner of musculo-skeletal aches and pains, stress and tension.
Bowen Technique is versatile, gentle, relaxing and effective. It is suitable for anyone of any age.

Stress and problems are an inevitable part of life. Most of the time we can cope with them and carry on without any issues. However, things can happen that mean that coping with the ups and downs of life is not so easy.
Added to this are the emotional traumas we may have experienced as a child which cause us to have difficulty dealing with stressors in day to day life as an adult.
Often when we suffer from aches and pains, these are related to the way we are feeling, and what we are dealing with in our life at that time.
Our bodies react to the way we think, the way we act and the way we feel. When we are anxious then our body reacts - you might get a stomach ache, or a headache, for instance. Not only that, when we are chronically stressed our body is constantly in flight or fight mode which means the body cannot function at it's best.
Fortunately there are tools and methods to improve both our physical AND emotional health which don't involve taking medication.
We work within a multi-disciplinary holistic team which means that we are able to refer you to other professionals when it is appropriate.
