About Me:

I am an experienced complementary therapist with over 20 years' experience in the health and wellbeing field.  I am also a teacher and trainer, creating and teaching workshops and online courses.

Physical Therapy:

​I primarily using a modality called Bowen Technique, although I may also use a variety of other techniques depending on the client and the presenting issue. 


Other therapies I am qualified in are Massage, Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Neurostructrual Integration Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique, Reiki, Indian Head Massage.


Clients usually seek my help with issues such as:

Back pain, neck pain, joint pain, sciatica, 'slipped' discs, headaches, migraine, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, general aches and pains, stress and anxiety, sports injuries, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, RSI.

Wellbeing Coaching:

​I am a Wellbeing Coach offering online Wellbeing sessions. This is a one to one session where we discuss your wellbeing issue (whether physical or emotional) and with the benefit of my training and experience, we decide upon an action plan to help you to deal with the issue. This is a very supportive and constructive conversation which is enormously beneficial.


Workshops and Courses:

I offer both online courses and in person courses all with a wellbeing theme.  Subjects include mindfulness, meditation, massage, aromatherapy, and ways to alleviate stress and anxiety. 

The Products:

I sell and promote products which help with health and wellbeing.   These are products which I recommend, and are tried and tested by myself, my family, my clients and my colleagues.
