Stress and problems are a normal part of life. Most of the time we can cope with them and move on without any issues. However, sometimes things happen that mean that coping with the ups and downs of life is not so easy. Sometimes even the changes we wanted can be stressful.

Added to this are the emotional traumas we may have experienced as a child which cause us to have difficulty dealing with stressors in day to day life as an adult.
Our bodies react to the way we think, the way we act and the way we feel. When we are anxious then our body reacts - you might get a stomach ache, or a headache, for instance. Not only that, when we are chronically stresses our body is constantly in flight or fight mode which means the body cannot functions at it's best.
Fortunately there are tools and methods to improve both our physical AND emotional health. My ethos is all about equipping people with their own toolbox which they can dip into when they need to.
I've suffered with periods of stress, anxiety and depression so I understand first hand what it's like, and that is how I came to learn these techniques which I now offer to, share with, and teach others.
