I offer a gentle 30 minute / 45 minute / 60 minute holistic massage using pre-blended aromatherapy oils. This massage is especially suited to those who prefer a relaxing massage and for those who perhaps have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and similar health issues where deep tissue massage or manipulation is not able to be tolerated.
Holistic Massage is ideal for relaxation, soothing aches and pains, relieving muscle aches and pains, and the essential oils used help with the relaxation and pain relieving qualities.

During the massage, you'll be laying on the comfortable massage couch covered in towels, whilst your therapist uses various massage techniques, gentle and flowing strokes, to promote relaxation and relief of muscle tension, using a blend of the best quality essential oils.
